I was on the way to my church for a session of cleaning and preparing ribs for the picnic on Saturday. Midway between my office and the sanctuary is Beas N Sons.

On Fridays, Fred Brigham makes a more extensive menu including fish. His son is making deliveries all over the Western Addition.

But I was sticking with my standard -- the hot link sandwich. I ordered a large instead of the normal small sandwich. Let me put this in perspective. Fred’s small sandwich is a meal for any normal sized person.

You could feed three people with his large sandwich.  I was expecting to eat half and then save the rest for later.
