Delaware black entrepreneurship
Delaware had 2,992 black self-employed in 2004, 2.95% of its black wage and salary earners, according to the Social Security Administration. That compared with 8.5 percent of whites who were self-employed. To reach parity, another 5,648 blacks would need to go into business to reach a level of 8,640. |
